I have put here, all the recordings I have made to date, and I continue to add. Its a long process, but its something I gladly give to this community. I hope you furs get the same inspiration from these stories as I have. And I hope my effort, in some small way, helps others see the stories. As for reaching me, I am often in the #KWKAT channel on irc.esper.net. My e-mail is rdisleonato@yahoo.com. I have also written an 'about me' page, that I hope answers any other curiosities about me. Me and foxy were at MFM 8, and have compiled 119 pictures from it here, in our MFM 8 report. We loved the con so much, we went back for MFM 9. And, as promiced, I built our MFM 9 picture report. Thanks for takeing the time, and showing the interest in my work.

Ok, the long awaited (by many who have contacted me) reading of 'Sabrina the Online Story' is now -underway-. As you can imagine, I have a lot ahead of me, but one must start -somewhere-. The reason for decideing to start at chapter 8, is its the first chapter with no IRC text in it, and there are no other chapters -after- it that have IRC text. Since the IRC text requires a bit of adaption on my part to make it into voice, I have to clear that adaption with Chris Yost. He cleared my book on tape recordings of 'Sabrina the Online Story' some time ago. I am just now getting to where I have some time to do it. To make life a bit easier I just decided to start at a point that requires no adaption, and will allow me to read it verbatim. I hope you furs enjoy listening to these as much much as I have enjoyed them when recording 'em. Just be sure to keep checking back, for I will be adding chapters constantly. And of course, if you havent seen it yet, give the Foxx's Den a good look, cause there is more there than just these stories! Enjoy!
-Leonato
I will continue recording so long as I have the time, so they may come in all at once (like after a weekend) or trickle in during the week, it really depends on real-life. But as you furs probably know by now, I'm dedicated to this work, and I greatly enjoy doing this, helps me unwind. (I guess one could say I record for some of the same reasons that Mapper does his 3D furry art. It's a bit of a stress reliever for me). Enjoy furs!

This is the Tabitha story. Based off of Sabrina the Online Story, and set many years future of it. Its a very touching, and very pointed bit of work, still in the works. I have been recording chapters and adding them as quickly as I can manage. It is, however, the first story I have actually cought up with, and will keep up to date. So, when ya see a new chapter at the Foxx's Den, check here in a day or so, to see if I have it up, as I will be adding them.

This story at first, honestly, turned me off. But I made myself keep reading, and quickly discovered that, though Sabrina is dead in this story, it is very powerfull, and purposefull. It has been a story many yips of surprise and happiness, and many tears have been shed over. My deepest thanks to Chris Yost, and James Bruner for going forward with this work. I believe we are all better for it.

This story sheds light into one of the lives that Sabrina impacted for the better. It is a simple fact really, that no matter what we do, if we are alive, we impact those arround us. May we strive to make that impact a positive one, and to leave a memory as lasting as the one Sabrina has with all of us. Josh Fox is also hosted by PlanetFurry, and has built his 'Foxhole'. Enjoy.

This story inspired me, because I believe in that simple fact. That each and every one of us -does- impact those arround us. And that we can leave a trail of hate behind us, if not carefull. Instead, let us resolve to live each day to its fullest, and strive to leave those arround us better than when we found them. As Sabrina wouldent give up on Josh, and just continued being friendly till she broke through, we too, can have a positive impact. It is also certianly worth noteing that Josh has a website dedicated to his writings... He calls it the 'Foxhole', and its at: http://www.planetfurry.com/~joshuafox/. Do give him a look, cause this is most certainly not his only work. Enjoy!

This story was the first I ever recorded. As such, I still was rather rusty at the method of it all, getting into character, and the quirks of my computer for recording. It took me the better part of 2 days to master the original, and about the same for this re-recording, but was -well- worth it, and I humbly give it to Cirrel, and the rest of the community, free of any charge. I did the re-recording, because now, I'm less afraid to really put myself behind a recording, and have gotten the swing of things like this again.

I hope you furs enjoy 'Time Enough for Love' as much as I did. The motivation for my recording it such, was simply that the story inspired me. I hope it does the same for you as well. Many thanks to Cirrel for his support in makeing this recording, and allowing me to post it. This is not his only work, mind you, he has done much else, that is all splended, and just as craftfully put together as this. You can find his works, includeing this one, at www.wilderhom.com, and I suggest you take a look. Enjoy!

This is 'Final Farewell'. It is a piece written by the late 'TV Dave' Neff. He never got to see it published online though, sadly. Many, many thanks to those of you furs responsible for this makeing its way into the public forum though. I believe we all know that TV Dave would have wanted us all to see his work this way. Thank you as well to Mike Regan personally, for his support of my doing these voice recordings. And thanks to my foxy for provideing the shoulder to cry on when it was needed! Keep up the good work furs!

Part Four of this very moveing story was especially so for me, due to undealt with things in my own life. To the point that it has been the single most dificult recording for me to date. I only pray that it helps and moves you, as it did me. I will forever be grateful to TV Dave, and the editors, for bringing this story to life, and shareing it with us all. I can honestly say I am a better person now that all of that is behind me, greatly in part due to this story forceing me to face it. Even being the piece of fiction it is, we all have felt that connection to Sabrina, and her family. To Chris, to Alan, to any one or more of the characters. May we all learn to heal, both from and with this story, in our own lives.
This story can also be found in text format at Chris Yost's site, the 'Foxx's Den'. Mike Regan's website is 'Racoons Bookshelf', and is a great place to get many stories like this one, in PDF format, as well as hardcopy! Enjoy!

This was a challengeing read for me, as you furs might have suspected already. Its another from 'Variations on a theme', and it covers Debbye and Lee's perspective on Sabrina's unexpected death. Cateagle did a -great- job portraying the characters, from Debbye, to Amy, to Endora, to most of all, Lee. Cateagle also has his own PlanetFurry hosted site: Cateagle's Aerie. So do give him a look there as well! Enjoy! -Leonato

You might be able to tell at a few points that I was barely in control, those are the points where I was typically on my second take anyways, trying to pull it together enough for it to -work-. Chris's dreaming line was of course, the hardest, for he is the most difficult character to play, in that much pain. All in all though, it was an enjoyable recording, for it renews hope and shows that true love will always conquer all! Enjoy furs!

This is yet another story from the night Sabrina died. This one gives us the perspective of Amy and Thomas Wolfe. Galadrion did a wonderfull job painting what it must have been like for two furs who have known her most thier adult lives. Yet two more lives in the long list of people touched by Sabrina's life... for the -GOOD-. I hope you furs enjoy!

As you may be able to tell, this was a difficult recording for me, as any of these stories inspired by Tabitha chapter six have been. As well as chapter six itself, these have all been challenging recordings. Trying to put myself in the paws of those who knew her this well, as to feel this great a loss at her passing. Note: Mispronunciation of Galadrion's name, and a 'hands instead of paws' mistake both fixed. Enjoy furs!

This is Zig Zag, the Story. It is a story, that although long, captivates and captures you. I know it did for me, over the entirety of my christmas vacation of 2003. Just one of those stories, that ya cant get enough of. James is a brilliant author, who gives us a most brilliant look inside the characters, and minds of the story. His own slogan also says it well, "Because Even Bad Girls Need Good Stories" Enjoy! -Leonato
Many thanks to James Bruner, for letting me do this voice recording. I did have the oportunity to meet him at MFM 8 in Memphis. I hope this recording meets with all your aprovals! Enjoy furs!

Ahh, Fire on High. I had the great joy of meeting Tigermark at MFM 8, and we talked at lenth about a good many topics. Not the least of which was this story, and he was kind enough to bestow upon me, many of the up-and-comeing things in it. Its a great story, and I am a total sucker for a good military drama, which this story is. As well as being a comedy in its own right, at times. Tigermark did a great job painting a nice 'what if'. Set about five years into the future of the Zig Zag story. A very skillfully written muse at something that -could- happen. Tigermark is one heck of a cool dude, and I had the fortune of meeting him in the fur at MFM 8. And, as always, Zig's demon is difficult for me to do, for I dislike sounding -that- hatefull and full of malice. Good work Tigermark! You did all the characters, Zig's demon included, justice. There is a bit of a story behind this recording. That old grey Racoon Mike, had turned me onto Cirrel's work, -again-. This particular night, he had showed me what Cirrel had done with the Fornax story, and the short stories he had written. They are great stories, that stand on their own very well. But as I looked a bit further, I realized I had made a big mistake. I had never noticed Cirrel had applied his great talent to a ZZtS based short story. And on the matter of this story, may I issue one warning... -DONT- listen to 'Requiem for a Dream' while reading this piece. I had my music set on random, and the version of 'Requiem for a Dream' done by 'Clint Mansell' came on, and dang near crushed me. That warning given, I now give you... "Matriushka Dreams" by PJE. Enjoy!

When I read this, it was already late in the evening. But there was no doubt in my mind, as soon as I had read it to myself. While being tormented by 'Requiem for a Dream'... that I -must- put my voice to it. It was aproximately midnight when I finished with it, but it was worth every minute. Cirrel is no doubt one of the most talented authors in all of Planet Furry. His website is called Wilderhom, named after one of his primary works of written art. I do suggest you all take a good look at it, and read what is available there. This story in particular is scary for the simple fact that it takes us into a hate, a fear that is so powerfull that it could become deadly. Mike, who I have come to call friend, can attest, I was rather shaken by this piece, but at the same time, was -thrilled- to be able to lend my voice to it. So thrilled as to disuade me from waiting till the next day to record it, it was worth of recording right then and there, and I did. Enjoy!

I have to mention, that Styx was the one who told me about this story. But no sooner had I finished reading it to myself the first time, than I immediately knew that I had to lend my voice to it. It is very well written, and takes us into that dark part of James Shepherd's life. The day his wife, Beth, died. This story bears with it an important message though. It shows the importance of grief. It may hurt, but it is necessary to be able to move on. Enjoy.

This is a rather masterfully written 'muse' by Styx. It explores, rather well, into the relationship shared by Zig Zag and James. And, it was a blast to read. Its total play-lenth is about 33 minutes long. It took me an evening to read, and an evening to master, but it was well worth it. Enjoy.

This is the largest of the 'short' stories written by Cirrel in the Fornax Universe, and the one, in my opinion, that takes the readers for the best ride. It was a thrill to read, because of that ride, so many things, so many different characters, places, and circumstances, all touched on. Enjoy!

This is a slideshow of text slides I have put together. I first heard this instrumental song 'Eternal' by Evanescence a while back, and these words sorta, came to me. I am a firm believer that GenX faces some dificulties, and challenges, never before seen. This song, is just a call to action, and true friendship. True friends are hard to come by these days, it would seem. I hope you furs can get my meanings, and understand what I am trying to say with this work. My skill at writing is limited to say the least, and I just pray that my meanings are understood.

Update (April 25th, 2004):
It was brought to my attention that many of these recordings were recorded at too low of a volume level. Now, -all- of them have been updated, and amplified. You may also note some of the filenames have changed slightly. I apologize for any inconveniance this causes. The way you see things here now, should be the way they remain, hopefully =^.^= Enjoy!
-Leonato
Update (May 8th, 2004):
I have updated again, and had to move to the domain I am on now. That is because the colo server I was on, and helped co-admin, is no longer functioning. This time, perminantly. This webspace I am in now, has been donated by Hikaru. For which I am -VERY- thankfull... for without it, I'd still be offline. I have also changed all files to .zip. This means I have actually zipped them all. The main reason for this is... many browsers per default play the file instead of downloading it to your computer. This prevents many users from saveing the files, as they may want to. More critically though, it puts a greater demand on the host of this site. So, to make it easier for you to save em, and to make life easier for the host of this site, I have ziped em. The ziping dont really diminish the filesize any, especially on these .mp3 files. I hope you all dont mind, and complaings, of course, can be sent to my e-mail addy. Enjoy!

Update (July 2nd, 2004):
Just cleaned the place up a bit, since it was getting sorta disheveled. I'm like that, I pay close attention to style, form, and function when I first create something. But then once its made, and working, it is sorta allowed to slide through update after update, change after sloppy change, without being made tidy again. So, I figured, I'd make an exception, and for once, clean up after myself =~.^=. You will also note that I have a domain name attached to this place now. www.leonatolynx.com is now this page! (Yea, can ya tell I'm just a -little- excited about that one...) Heh... Hope you furs get as much enjoyment out of listening as I get out of recording! More recordings -are comeing-, including 'Sabrina the Online Story', and 'Farewell for a Friend'.
-Leonato
Update (Aug. 8th, 2004):
Keep adding StOS chapters as I go, I also got 'Farewell for a Friend' in here since last I wrote one of these updates. Most noteable change though, I'm sure, is I made those titleing image files for this page, it might make load time a small bit longer for dialup users, but ya shouldent notice a huge increase. I just think it improves the image arround here. I also added a bit and changed a bit on my about-me page, keeping stuff up-to-date. Its weekends like this, that I have the most time to do stuffs like this, and keep this site running in tip top shape. Hope ya furs enjoy!!!
-Leonato
Update (Sep. 13th, 2004):
I have hit another wall with StOS, seems chapter 23 has some of that IRC text in it, that I keep trying to get cleared. I also got Tabitha Chapter 13 done and uploaded. And MANY thanks to Tygon, for both listening to all the Tabitha chapters, and for finding a bug that escaped my post-edit in chapter 11, it is fixed so any future downloads wont have it. (I spoke the same thing twice, and didnt remove the duplicate when I edited). MFM 8 was a BLAST! I -WILL- be there next year, and am already looking forward to it with great anticipation. You may have noted my MFM 8 Picture-Report, which has 119 pictures I took at MFM 8 in it. I have this thing ya see... where I attack furs with my camera... yea... if ya want details, ask my foxy =~.^=. I also hope to be tackleing TigerMark's "Fire On High" soon, since it -is- within Bruner's ZigZag universe. I also got it cleared to read "Zig Zag the Story", from Bruner himself at MFM. So, you furs can look forward to those departments being added to this site, as I ramp up my evenings recordings yet another notch =^.^=. Also, un-spoken of publically till just now, I'll let ya know, I have a muse I have been writing on as well, as for when it will -ever- see public display, I dont know, but I will give the title out. It will be called "Base 1", and is about a Lunar Base, set in the 'not-to-distant' future. Furry future that is =~.^= Ok, this update is bigger than the others... thanks for takeing the time to read it! Enjoy furs!

Update (Jan. 18th, 2005):
Well, I havent updated in a while, for which I aplogize. Seems life managed to catch up to me, but it hasnt been the stressfull life that it can be. For those of you who know me, you know that at the end of December, I went to North Carolina and got my foxy, bringing her back here to Nashville TN. The catch was, bringing her back -to stay-. And no, for those who will ask, her parents did not know of that part of the plan. This was done, because simply, all other options had been weighed, and it was the only remaining option. The "I'm not comeing home" call was hard, but we survived it. We are doing fine, here in Nashville, she is soon to have a perminant job, but has been able to do some part-time stuff so far. I'm still working 40 hour weeks, and still getting a lot of work done each day. Due to all this activity though, these recordings have slipped a bit, I have gotten more done, and for those of you counting, I have now passed 24 hours continuous of recording. As things have settled down a bit recently, I have gotten more up, and Chris Foxx cleared me a little bit ago to go ahead with Sabrina the Online Story chapter 1, and the other chapters with the IRC-Text in them. So you can look forward to Sabrina 2-7, as well as continuation starting at 23 and moving on. And -someday- I may catch TigerMark in his writing of Fire On High, but it seems every time I get one recorded, he has another chapter written =^.^= It is enjoyable doing the recordings for you furs, and it really helps me unwind at the end of a long workday, thank you again for listening, and for reading this far into a news post =~.^=

Sorry about my long absence furs. Real Life managed to catch up to me and deep-6 me for a while. I am now an electrician that is in charge of getting jobs done, not just a helper working under the man in charge. I am now the 'electrician in charge' so to speak. The one with the prints, the one calling the shots, so as you can imagine, the stress has about trippled. I have adapted to it though. Foxy has work now, so between the both of us, we are very busy, I still manage to find 'board' time to do recording though, and have started into lending my voice to Cirrel's Fornax short stories, as well as closing that gap in the Sabrina chapters I have recorded, I hope to close that gap completely -soon-! Thanks again for reading, and for listening!
